My husband wants my investment to collapse

Me and my husband has been married for 24 years with 5 kids. Years ago, he got a factory job in another country so he went there and always sent money but the money was never enough for bills, children's school fees & feeding. I, as the wife always add to it every time.
The remaining money from my business is what I used to buy 2 plots of land. Before my husband travelled, we already built a house together where we live in. So I started building of the house on my land till it's reached the top, but it was not roofed yet when my husband came back from his travel.
I showed him the house and he changed towards me since then. Afterwards, he told me to stop continuing the building and that I should not roof it. I stopped going to the building for like 3 years. One day, I decided to go and see the building and I saw that a part of the building has collapsed. The neighbors there told me to stop ignoring the building in order to stop the whole thing from collapsing totally. I told my husband about it and he insisted that I leave it and not do anything. I didn't say anything to him after.
After a two months, I started working on the building again and worked on the places where erosion was messing with it. Afterwards, I roofed it and finished it. It's a twin flat apartments.
When my husband found out, he started making troubles but I kept my cool & stood my ground. He suggested I transferred the name of the house to his name, and I told him, NO. My 5 kids are happy for me and they're supporting me. My first born is studying estate management and she's the agent managing the house for me.
I am happy and proud of myself while my husband is sad and tired. Lolzzzz 🤣🤣🤣
